Shipping costs are included in the product pricing. Since all our products are handmade, we kindly request your patience while we prepare your order with care.
Orders are usually shipped within 7 days of placing the order, subject to inventory availability. We ship via India Post or DTDC.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellation
We do not offer returns on our products. However, if the product sizing does not match the measurements provided by you, we can assist with alterations whenever possible.
Refunds:
If you receive a damaged product, we will offer either a replacement or a refund. To process this, please record a clear uncut video while opening the package from start to finish, without any pauses or edits.
Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so within 12 hours of placing the order.
